WHAT IS COVERED?

JX Fitness warrants to the original purchaser of this JX branded product that the frame of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of ten years from the date of purchase. All other parts and components of the Product shall be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase when the Product is used as recommended by JX Fitness under normal uses and conditions. During the warranty period JX Fitness will at no additional charge to you, repair or replace (at JX option) the frame or any part of the Product if it becomes defective, malfunctions, or otherwise fails to conform with this Limited Warranty. All labour shall be the responsibility of the owner.

Repairs for which warranty claims are made must be pre-approved by JX Fitness and can only be performed by JX Fitness accredited service dealers unless authorised in writing from JX Fitness customer service personnel.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED?

JX Fitness warranties do not cover any damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, conjunctive usage with other equipment and applications, repairs performed by anyone other than the pre-approved JX Fitness accredited service dealer or any commitments made be any external warranty. The owner’s manual includes instructions for general maintenance which is the responsibility of the purchaser. JX Fitness can not be held responsible for any damages with respect to financial loss, property loss, installation or removal expenses, loss of enjoyment or usage during repair or replacement periods. If the product is not able to be repaired JX Fitness will provide a replacement of comparable performance. The replacement product may be of higher, equal or lower selling price due to technological advances or economic change.

WARRANTY SERVICE AREA

Responsibility for freight or transport expenses incurred in delivering the product to the place of purchase falls upon the customer. Delivery expenses for spare parts sent directly to the owner will be the responsibility of the owner.

TRANSFERRING WARRANTY

This warranty is valid for the original owner of the equipment and is not transferable. JX Fitness’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing products at the discretion of JX Fitness.

*LIFETIME WARRANTY

Lifetime Warranty coverage on fitness equipment is a life expectancy of a maximum 10 years unless stipulated otherwise. This time frame is judged by the materials used to make up the item and their expected life expectancy when put into their suggested environments. This time frame starts from the date of when the item is delivered and is only transferable if the original proof of purchase is supplied upon a warranty claim
