Good plates

I use them for rucking. Really great to do short walks around the neighborhood with 15-20kg on your backpack.

Hi Jan,

Thank you for sharing your positive feedback! It sounds like they are enhancing your workouts and making your walks more challenging and effective. Keep up the great work, and thank you for choosing Gym and Fitness for your fitness journey!

Only one issue, other than that, very happy

In the very popular linear progression programs, 1.25 kg is a standard increment for smaller muscles - for example: 20 kg, 21.25 kg, 22.5 kg, 23.75 kg,... On a barbell or a plate loaded row/lat pulldown, 1.25 kg must be split to each side. I have no idea why Force USA do a 0.5 kg rather than 0.625 kg, because 20 kg, 21 kg, 22.5 kg, 23.5 kg is not linear.

Hi Simon,

Thank you for your review here. We are constantly looking for ways to improve, and your input helps us to refine our offerings.

Please feel free to reach out if you have any further suggestions or questions. We value your support and hope to continue exceeding your expectations.
