FULLY ADJUSTABLE

This easy-to-adjust, compact and versatile bench offers 5 different levels of incline/flat/decline on the backrest and 3 levels on the seat pad, making it easy to find the correct sitting or lying position for any exercise. The added foam leg rollers are great for extra support while performing decline exercises.

DESIGNED FOR COMFORT

The durable high-density foam padding and sweat-resistant commercial vinyl ensure you can conduct your workouts at maximum comfort. The sweat-resistant commercial vinyl comes equipped with a rip-stop mesh backing to help prevent rips and tears. The Force USA® Flat/Incline/Decline Bench will provide years of hard-wearing use.

The Force USA® SP3 FID bench offers a massive range of exercises ranging from bench press, bicep curls to shoulder press and work hand-in-hand with dumbbells, barbells and most squat stands and power racks. Both compact and versatile, the SP3 is the perfect bench for any home gym. The capped anti-slip feet ensure stability while helping to prevent scratching, so your floors remain in excellent condition.

Great sturdy bench! has everything I need.

The Bench works as expected and has both incline and decline capabilities (which is what im after). Lightweight and sturdy, no creaks and flimsiness.

Great value bench. Very happy with it for my home gym. Only drawback is the lack of wheels at the end and maybe a handle to move the bench around.

Simple and easy

Fairly simple and easy to use seat. Excellent value for money overall. As mentioned below it is a bit of a pain to move around as you can't just grab the bench itself and lift it (the back will move), and without wheels it's a bit awkward... but overall, the price makes up for everything else.
