Very sturdy bench. Does not move a mm when you're using it. Was easy to assemble.
Easy to assemble and very stable
A great workout bench for self isolation.
Exactly what I was after during this isolation phase. Gives me the flexibility of doing all my usually exercises, plus this isn’t stated it in the description, but you can actually store this upright next to a wall if space is an issue.
I have had this bench for about a year now and hammer it thanks to the configurations available. I tossed out the curl attachment as I wouldnt use it but the leg curl attachment makes it excellent for hamstrings. It doesnt go past horizontal unless you want your head resting on the floor, however. It really only inclines upwards (for shoulders and upper chest, as benches are designed for). The seat (not the backrest) has 3 different slots to keep your back against the rest when its inclined but I prefer it left flat in any configuration. I am 6'6 and can confirm the leg curl attachment suits any height. The arm curl attachment I didnt keep does not suit any height (most of them are not built for long arms so you would be lucky to find one, anyway). The bench has never made any movement during all sorts of exercises at different angles so the tripod design certainly shines there. It has a large enough gap to roll a 40kg dumbell through when doing dumbbell rows (if you like to roll the weight to the other side). I do worry a little about heavy leg curls, but because I do not entirely trust the attachment rigidity - but I am sure they determined it to be suitable. This bench competes with the Barbarian Warrior Flat Incline which is essentially the same (looks far cooler) but does not support the leg curl attachment, and this is also much lower in cost. Would recommend and basically go straight to ForceUSA for anything - because of this product.
