The Force USA Olympic Lifting Bar uses the latest in cross training technology. The ends spin like a needle bearing bar but prevents popping and breaking due to its durability. Each end sleeve can also hold plates up to 190kg without deforming due to its seamless steel construction. The tolerance for the outer dimension is 0.1/0.2mm which is extremely well controlled.


Always in the lead in innovation, we used the Control Ring method to attach the sleeve to the shaft, a brand new and multi-nation patent protected design. With the use of a "control ring", we are able to perfectly control the between the bolt design and the snap ring design. This guarantees that the bar sleeves will not move left or right. How can we be sure? During a meticulous testing, the strength of the "control ring" allowed the bars to be dropped vertically on the head with no damage at all!


The Force USA Olympic Lifting Bar’s structure also features a two-bolt locking system. In our cleverly engineered design, an extra end cap is included. This acts as a second fail safe bolt and consequently holds the first bolt in place. To go further, and completely eliminate the possibility of a loosened bolt, a special and sturdy adhesive is also applied before locking both bolts.


To maintain the great shape of your bar, brush the dead skin out of the knurling with the use of a nylon brush, and wipe it down with oil with the use of a rag. If chalk is used, clean it out with the same methods to prevent rusting.
